Shipping Services and Shop Policies
Currently we accept online orders for shipment Domestic (Australia) and International.
FREE WORLDWIDE STANDARD PARCEL POST SHIPPING WITH TRACKING NUMBER ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 AUD
Once payment has been received your order will be posted within 1 - 3 business days at the latest.
Original Artworks are shipped flat between two wooden boards in a sturdy padded bag via STANDARD AUSTRALIA POST with tracking number provided ( see shipping packaging photos below).
- For DOMESTIC orders AUSTRALIA : Please allow 3-5 business days from the date of your order to your delivery date.
- For INTERNATIONAL orders: Please allow 7-21 business days from the date of your order to delivery.
- Once your order is shipped we will email you your tracking number.
- Please include your phone number with your order so that if necessary, the carrier can contact you.
- If an option is not currently available for your order, such as Express shipping, please contact us with your shipping address and we will arrange it for you.
For all ORDERS under $100 : Standard Parcel Post AUSTRALIA rates are calculated per order volume:
Orders between $5 - $50 : Flat rate standard shipping $5
Orders between $51 - $99 : Flat rate standard shipping $12
Orders between $5 - $50 : Flat rate standard shipping $10
Orders between $51 - $99 : Flat rate standard shipping :$ 18
Returns & Exchanges :
For ORIGINAL ARTWORKS- Returns for a full refund are welcome if they are:
- Returned within 21 days from the date of delivery.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The original artwork must arrive in the same exact condition as when they left the art Studio.
- The original artwork must include all original packaging.
- Please contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your artwork to discuss your concerns and to organise your refund.
- If the ORIGINAL ARTWORKS arrive after 21 days from the date of delivery, you will not be eligible for a credit refund and you must pay for shipping back to your original delivery address.
- Please note, there are no exceptions to this policy.
For PRINTS,GREETING CARDS AND POSTCARDS -
- We are happy to accommodate replacements within 21 days (from the day of us posting it) if what you have bought does not arrive to you in perfect condition, or is defective.
- Please take photos of the item and briefly explain why the item is in an unacceptable condition.
- We will post you a replacement and you may keep the original damaged item.
